Cocoa earned her PT title yesterday at the herding trials held at Nutmeg Farm here in Portland CT!! I am so very proud of this little half pint, she not only got her geese around the course and penned in a very controlled manner, she surprised me by doing it in the shortest time of any dog entered in her class!!
Not to be outdone by her big brother, Cocoa Q’d both Friday and Saturday in Open JWW earning the last 2 legs to complete her title! Here is the link to her final Open JWW run on June 2, 2012.
Today at the Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retriever trial in Greenwich, NY Robbie earned the final Double Q that we needed for his MACH2!! I am SO very proud of my boy!!
Cocoa is proudly displaying the 3 FIRST place ribbons she earned on the way to her very first title, her NAJ!!! I am very proud of my little girl She is not even completly trained yet. I only entered her in the trial because I was the Trial Chairperson and had to be there till the end of the day anyway, so I thought we might as well play in Novice Jumpers and see what she could do. Here is the link to her final Novice JWW run.
Another great herding lesson tonight! Cocoa worked on Indian Runner ducks tonight, a little change of pace from the geese…..she really liked them! Click here to see Cocoa in action with the geese.
Check out the new Time2Beat Challenger’s ‘Bye’ Class on Friday afternoon, along with the chance to run a Warm-Up Standards class on Friday morning. The winners of Friday’s Time2Beat class will earn an automatic spot into Sunday’s Challenger’s round. If any of those teams make it to Challenger’s or Finals based on their Saturday/Sunday performance, then the next in line shall be given the ‘Bye’ spot. Additional details may be found inside the premium list.
Please realize that results from November’s trials are not yet completely processed, so if you have an additional dog that has qualified and/or friends with dogs who have qualified of which I have not sent an email notice, I will send out a 2nd email announcement when November’s result processing has been completed.
Best regards …
